ARSIAR is a boutique engineering consultancy in Rijeka, Croatia, working with clients across the US and Western Europe. It is founded and led by Alen Raos. Led means he does the work, not that he manages the people who do.

Alen Raos is a senior software engineer and technical lead with 10+ years of backend and data engineering experience, focused on the layer where enterprises actually capture AI value: making company data usable by AI agents. He is comfortable owning the full loop: stakeholder meetings, business requirements, architecture decisions, and hands-on delivery.

The team model
ARSIAR is led by one senior engineer and scales with a trusted network of senior engineers: people the lead has shipped with before. Never juniors, never a bench. When a project needs more hands, the people who join are chosen for that project, and the lead stays accountable for the outcome.
Why small
Small senior teams using AI well outperform large teams, because most delay lives in hand-offs and coordination, not in writing code. We stay small so the person who scopes the work is the person who ships it, and so nothing about the outcome is anyone else’s fault.
